The Prize: One (1) voucher to the maximum value of £150, subject to four possible prize options.

The ‘voucher’ prize is redeemable on one of the four following experiences: a spa treatment, access to a golf club, a cocktail making class, a restaurant dinner.

The Administrator of the Prize for Promotion Purposes only is: Unique Vacations (UK) Ltd. an affiliate representative of Sandals Resorts, located 34-36 Ives Street, London, SW3 2ND. Competition entry mechanic: 1. The competition runs on Saturday 29th February 2020 only, from 00:00 to 23:59. The competition is open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over. 2. The competition runs only on Facebook and there is one entry per user.  This competition is not sponsored by Facebook. 3. Valid entries must include: One reaction to the original post, One comment per Facebook user on the original post.  4. The winner will be chosen at random after the competition closing date and Sandals Resorts UK will comment on the winner’s entry post. 5. In order to enter the competition, entrants must be following Sandals Resorts UK on Facebook.  6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent. Our decision on the winner and prize is final. 7. Once the winner has been chosen, Unique Vacations will liaise with the winner about the distribution of the voucher. There will only be one (1) winner. Winner will be selected and notified by Sandals Resorts (the Prize Administrator) on 2nd March 2020. Prize winner must be over 18 and eligible to enter the competition as per the Terms and Conditions of the competition

Employees and their immediate families of Unique Vacations (UK) Ltd, are not eligible to enter to win.

The Competition is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). One entry per household.

The Prize must be claimed before 31st March 2020. Prize is strictly non-transferable; no cash alternative is available, and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash. If the winner doesn’t respond within the specified time or is unable to redeem the Prize, then another winner will be chosen, and the Prize will be forfeited.

Unique Vacations reserves the right to amend the prize to an alternative prize, if the designated prize becomes unavailable due to any circumstance beyond their control.

Prize value is a maximum of £150. This is an approximate value and may be less.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides a number of protections for use of your personal data. Any personal data collected from the Prize Winner and provided to Unique Vacations (UK) Ltd. as the Administrator of the Prize for redemption purposes shall be subject to our privacy policy located at www.sandals.co.uk/general/privacy/. The Prize Administrator will only use the personal data of the prize winner for the purposes of administrating the Prize redemption, unless the Prize winner provides express consent signifying their agreement to any other processing or use of their personal data. Each Entrant agrees and as a condition of possibly being awarded the Prize to release and hold harmless the Prize Administrator and its affiliated companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and insurers from and against any and all claims, causes of action and/or liability for any injuries, illness, death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the competition or receipt or possession, use or misuse of the Prize or any element thereof.
